President George Weah has classified himself as the best president who has developmentally built Liberia than any past president.

At the same time, President George Weah has expressed optimism about winning the Liberian presidency for the second term in the October 10, 2023, presidential and legislative elections.

The CDC arrowhead lauded his fellow citizens for their continued support during his first term of office, promising to never let them down showing he be given another six-year mandate.

Vice Chairman of CDC throwout Party Meeting Sparks Controversy Surrounding Support For Candidates.

In a surprising turn of events at the recent community party meeting, the vice chairman of Coalition for Democratic change ,Otis Ndabeh said he was unceremoniously throwout for openly declaring his support for the president's reelection campaign and the party's senatorial candidate.

He, However, said he did not pledge his support for the party's selected representative candidate Momo Siffa Kpoto sparking a spirited debate within the party ranks.

The kolahun district vice chairman's of CDC disclosed to kolahun TV that his removal from the meeting quickly became a hot topic of discussion among party members and community residents alike. He narrated that, some believe it was a matter of principle, others argue that it was an unfair assertion of authority by party leaders.

According to the vice chairman of the coalition for democratic change, said he has announced his intention to endorse the president's reelection bid, as well as the party's chosen senatorial candidate, Moses Y .Kollie.

He meanwhile revealed that he had someone else in mind to support as the representative candidate, which apparently contradicted the party's expectations of unwavering support for their selected slate.

Party authorities, including the commissioner and other prominent members, swiftly responded to the vice chairman's declaration. They claimed that his failure to toe the party line and support all candidates was in direct violation of party principles and unity. Consequently, he was escorted outside the meeting, sparking a heated confrontation that lasted for several minutes.

The kolahun Tv contacted commissioner Abdullah K.Tulay Sr., in response to allegations of unfair treatment, vehemently denied any ulterior motives behind the vice chairman's throwout from the party meeting.
Commissioner Tulay stressed that the decision was made to maintain peace and maintain a safe environment during the meeting.

However, the commissioner provided no indication as to when the conflicts surrounding this incident would be resolved, leaving party members and community residents in suspense.

As news of the incident spread, concerns were raised about the potential impact on the party's prospects in the upcoming presidential reelection campaign. While some members expressed disappointment with the vice chairman's unwillingness to support the selected representative candidate, others questioned the appropriateness of his expulsion.

The incident has divided opinions and raised questions surrounding party loyalty and individual expression within the district.

Local residents further emphasize the need for accountability and demand that responsible parties be held liable for the inadequate oversight that led to the construction falling short of the expected standards. They urge local leaders to take immediate corrective action and deploy necessary measures to ensure that public infrastructure projects maintain the highest possible quality.

When contacted the city mayor, Mr Jackson Boakai through mobile phone about the standard of the market building, the mayor made a serious allegation against the commissioner, accusing them of being involved in the construction of the market building with a party level.
The mayor argues that it is the commissioner who should be held accountable for any questions regarding the building, as they failed to provide the estimated cost for the project to the citizens at the beginning.

When confronted Commissioner Abdullah K Tulay Sr about the issue, the commissioner responded by stating that they are currently following up with the contractor to ensure timely payment, sidestepping the concern regarding the substandard quality of the market building.
