The good news is that she just gave birth to a bouncing baby boy and now she is currently at the Tellewoyan Hospital in Voinjama.

The outgoing statutory Superintendent of Foya, Honorable Clarence Sandi, has strongly reacted to the recent decision made by the 10th judicial circuit court regarding the dropping of charges against Peter T. O. James and others who were accused of masterminding the electoral violence that occurred in Foya on September 29, 2023.

Peter T. O. James, Josiah Saahkeh, S. Njamilah Bornguoi, and several others were brought to court based on their alleged involvement in the historic September 29, 2023 electoral violence that took place in Foya. However, the 10th judicial circuit court in Voinjama recently dismissed all charges against these individuals and closed the case.

Speaking on radio Kintoma yesterday, Honorable Sandi expressed his disagreement with the court's decision to restore the liberties of these individuals, despite the existence of videos showing their alleged participation in the violence that cost lives. He believes that the County Attorney's decision is intended to let the accused individuals go free without facing the consequences of their actions. Honorable Sandi urges the case to be refiled, and he and his team are prepared to cooperate with the legal process.

It is worth mentioning that Peter, Josiah, and Bornguoi were nominated by President Boakai to serve as Statutory Superintendent, City Mayor, and District Commissioner, respectively.

The County Attorney is yet to respond.
