Open Rebuke to Sen. Jim Tornonlah, of Margibi County.

Senator Tornorlah who was imposed on the peace loving people of Margibi County by Hon. James Emmanuel Neuquay and Hon Balah Zayzay had questioned the President's appointment of Dr. Michael P. Slawon as Director General at the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE), while having an interview with Journalist Oscar Mulbah on Truth Breakfast Show (TBS) Truth Fm FM 96.1 early 5his week.

His quest and enthusiasm to have questioned the president's appointment exposed how compromise he is, as a senator in particular, your stance on issues that surrounds national concern should be Objective and not Conflict of Interest scores of Resident said to our microphone.

They added that his ultimate priority should be someone who has Sufficient Skills, Knowledge, Ability, Qualifications and Competence, instead you are running after Conflict Of Interest.

We are not surprise at Senator Tornorlah's actions because this how he became a senator of Margibi County.

He won the county seat through Deception, Malacious Lies and Fake Propaganda and he has become a total embarrassment to the people of Margibi County and the Liberian Senate.

We don't know why can't he focus on his three cardinal functions, that hr is been paid for and stop the cheap propaganda that has zero significance for us his constituents.

No wonder why, he is poorly performing at the Liberian Senate since he got elected.
How many legislation he had introduce?
What's his oversight function between the people of Margibi and that of Firestone?
That he has not told us.

It is so unfortunate that the people who elected him for nine years expressed great disappointment in him in less than six years.

We the people if Margibi are only waiting to retire you comes 2023 General and Presidential Elections.

Another person narrated that he is a second to motion/in motion senator.

What is your understanding about something that surrounds Higher Education Or Higher Learning?

His cheap propaganda can't in no way change the decision of His Excellency Dr. George Manneh Weah.

Dr Slawon, is the best suited who possess the calories to move the National Commission on Higher Education (NCHE) forward, furthermore, he has the Competence, Qualifications and Skills.

He's even over experienced he has the plan of action to accomplish the specific goal for the NCHE. He's flexible, a chief strategist an altruistic leadership capability.

Scores of Liberians especially educators have lauded President George Manneh Weah for the appointment of Dr. MICHAEL P. SLAWON as Director General at the National Commission on Higher Education.

Liberians speaking to our microphone 🎤 said the appointment of Dr. Slawon at the NCHE is timely and welcoming, moreover, at the time when the entity is out of Director General and the numbers of illegal 🚫 schools operating in the Country are getting in the increase.

They believed that Dr. Michael P. Slawon is best suited for the said position reflecting on his past experience and workings at the National Commission on Higher Education.

It can be recalled during the regime of Dr. Slawon at the NCHE, there were 59 schools of Higher learning operating in the Country but from the monitoring of institutions by Dr. Slawon reduced the numbers if HEIs to 29.

They furthered "President Weah, you have once more demonstrated that you are indeed a leader that believes in results; therefore you continue to work with people who believes in results and making you to achieve your agenda".

Some Educators commenting on the appointment of Dr. Michael P. Slawon said he has proven to be a solid choice at the NCHE and his reforms policy will bringing much more transformation in the higher education sector of Liberia.

They at the same frowned at the some government officials naming Senator Jim Tornorlah of Margibi County for denigrating the hard earned character of Dr. Slawon.

They believed that the act by Senator Tornorlah undermines the smooth development of the country particularly the educational sector of Liberia 🇱🇷.

They called on the Margibi Lawamaker to desist such act as he is one of the reasons the House of Elders has lost its integrity.

It is believed that there are some forces at the NCHE and outside the NCHE aiming the DG position for wish they have hired some media personals and Lawmakers to fight in the behaves.

We are aware that some people are not happy about these reforms which have help to bring sanity to the higher education sector in the country, so they reverted to weaponizing unprofessional folks in media to negatively report against the hard earned character of Dr. Slawon.

Again, we are fully informed that those sponsoring these media attacks were affected when Dr. Slawon demoted most schools around here that were presenting themselves as degree granting institutions. They are angry.

What football pundits say????

"Yes Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are out of Uefa Champions League , but you can't replace them with Mbappe and Erling Haaland, it's still too soon. In their respective leagues they still top scorers, between them there are 11 Ballon d'or, 9 Champions League and almost 20 league titles. They are still top Footballers out there, if not talking about marketing but football, the likes of Sadio Mane, Lewandowski, Neymar, De Bruyne and many more which are ahead of Mbappe and Erling Haaland in terms of doing a wonderful job. Some are emerging like Saka, Bruno and Mount. This kind of disrespect to forget the incredible moments of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi has given us. If this thing is only about people who are scoring goals, then you must also remember Lukaku, Lewandowski etc are also scoring better goals".
