Liberia musician Kpanto commonly known as the Street President endorses President Weah re-election bid at the CDC party headquarters in Congo Town.

Kpanto also gave President Weah and the Campaign Team Two Hundred and Fifty-fifty Thousand Liberian Dollars as his contribution to the re-election and campaign process of president Weah.

The Chief of Security at the RIA caught with drugs at RIA. Samuel Freeman is one of George Weah's errand Boys who was caught with "DRUGS" by AFL officers assigned at the RIA on Tuesday of this week. Samuel Freeman was interrogated and he told the officers that the drugs were for the Chief of Protocol, Finda Bundo, but Finda Bundo has denied the allegation.

Unity Party Statement!

Unity Party Campaign

The Standard Bearer of the Unity Party, Amb. Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Sr., has made an impromptu trip in the ECOWAS sub-region for three days.

In view of the above, the Montserrado District tour involving the Standard Bearer is hereby suspended for the same period of days.

The Montserrado Campaign Team in collaboration with the UP Montserrado Leadership will reschedule the tour for the remaining districts.

Meanwhile, the campaign will continue with the same vigor throughout the country.

Cllr. Scott and Others Pleads "Not Guilty"

The alleged murder case involving former Chief Justice Gloria Musu Scott, along with three of her relative's hearings has begun at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia with a not-guilty plea.

On Monday, August 28, 2023, immediately after the clerk of the court read the indictment on the defendant Cllr. Gloria Musu Scott, Gertrude Newton, and Rebecca Youdew Wisner pleaded not guilty to the alleged crimes of Murder, Criminal Conspiracy, and making false statements to law officials.

After the not-guilty plea by the defendants, they enter an issue with the state where the prosecution will prove its case beyond all reasonable doubt.

However, Judge Roosevelt Z.Willies denied the prosecution's motion to change the venue for the case to be transferred to another County, The motion for change of venue is the second motion that the prosecution filed before the court, the first motion was filed on August 2, 2023, where they redrew the first motion and on August 25, 2023, they filed the second.

During a heated argument between the prosecution and the defense, the prosecution argued that the media publication on the case had been widely discussed and had also been discussed on some radio stations.

They also argued that the protective jurors who would be selected to sit on the case are knowledgeable about the case and would not be well for the case.

An officer of the Drug Enforcement Agency of Liberia, Charles Joefula allegedly shot his 25yrs old girlfriend Janet to death in LoganTown, Bushrod Island, Monrovia.

This sad event took placed on August 20, 2023 at 9pm at the medicine block. Eye witness confirmed that it was out of jealousy that Officer Joefula took away the life of his girlfriend. Janet leaves to mourn her 3yrs old son and other host of relatives.

She was a resident of the Zinc Camp Community and the only child of her parent. As we speak,officer Joefula is currently at the Zone 1 Depot awaiting court trial.

May her soul rest in perfect peace.😭😭😭 🙏🙏🙏
