Did you know that your teeth are serving three basic purposes in your mouth?

Some dental tips for you today:

1. Don't use hard toothbrush on your teeth, use a medium brush for adult and soft one for children. Hard brush will leave marks on your teeth.

2. Always brush two times a day at least, morning and night. Please make sure to not eat anything again after brushing at night, then your teeth will be safe from any harmful bacteria at night.

3. Stop chewing bone with your beautiful teeth, bone will crack your teeth and it can lead to extraction.

4. Always go to the dental clinic when you have any problem with your teeth, don't try to treat yourself while away. This can lead to dental complications especially when the pain has been suppressed too long by you with the many tablets you will try to take.

5. Always listen to the Dental Half Hour program on ELWA radio 94.5fm every Wednesday beginning 1:30-2:00pm

Another happening in the Peace Island community 540 CongoTown. The WeCare Lib Group of Companies has begun a Freetown Ball tournament for the under 13 and 16 kids respectively. According to the management of WeCare Lib, the tournament will be played in the 5 blocks of the community (540), and stated that it is designed to keep the community soccer dream alive. Since the disolvement of the community field it appears that the soccer activity is going down gradually. Yesterday was the final for the Small Island block (East Side) and was embraced by the community Youth Chairman and some officials. Next move for them is Estate block ( South Side)
