Lesson 02 - C Language

Hello guys, today's lesson is about the variable types in C language.

Variables Types

1. Integer Types
char - 1 byte
int - 4 byte
long - 8 byte

2. Floating-Point Types
float - 4 byte
double - 8 byte
long double - 10 byte

3. The void Type
i. Function returns as void, Ex: void exit (int parameter);
ii. Function arguments as void, Ex: int random (void);
iii. Pointers to void, Ex: void *malloc(size_t size);

Variable Definition in C
type variable_name; Ex: int i; , char letter;

Variables can be initialized in their declaration.
type variable_name = value; Ex: int i = 4; , float j = 5.0;

Lesson 01 - C Language

Hello guys, today I will show you some simple codes that can be written using C language. So, the first one is used as the most common code in every programming language.

01. Output function - We use the printf function ( later we'll discus ) to display some text message on the cmd. ( Ex: Hello World! )

02. Line Breaker - We will use \n to add a new line/line breaker. So it adds the words after \n to the new line.

If you already have a GCC compiler installed and can run some C code, check the code below on your computer.
