how would the most loving, kind, and well-intended state of yourself react/ speak? do that. you already know what you should do. but it might be hard. whatever happens today, handle it with grace. You can do this.

Hello Sunday! Let's talk about recharging ourselves. I know ! All days are the best days! You can recharge yourself any time of the day! It depends on! But for me, It's Sunday! Why do I prefer "Sundays are the best day for recharging yourself" ?

1. Sundays are for relaxing: I do work on Sundays too. But the evenings. Let me tell you about my mornings. I relax in bed for a while! waking up slowly. Stretching myself in bed for a while. But don’t get sleeping mixed up with laziness.

2. Sundays for having a cheat meal: Just have one meal as you desire without thinking about anything. Having a cheat day is healthy too.

3. Sundays are natural: Especially, Ladies! hear me out. The day of no makeup. Allowing your skin to breathe. Do your deep self-care routine.

4. Sundays are for peace: Sundays are the best days to go for long walks. Feel the nature. Walk on the sand. Visit a nearby coffee shop. This is the main one. Block Technology from your life for a day!

5. Sundays are for deep breaths: Sunday mornings are a great time to spend a few minutes in meditation or use this quiet time to review the previous week and plan the next seven days. Reflect on the learnings and the lessons to come. Just Breathe!

I obviously did not follow everything I mentioned here! But this is how I want my Sundays to be! I am trying hard. I believe these small actions definitely set a positive mood for facing the upcoming week and recharging yourself.

I've been always questioned since I started my Instagram account two years ago and now I changed my niche, but the questions continued ….

The frequently asked questions are " How do you edit this, " How do you add this effect? , " How do you edit your stories? ", " What apps do you use ?".Yes, obviously I answered many of you. Replied your DMs and made stories on it too!

But times change, and the apps and the method I choose also changed. So here I am talking about " My Instagram Toolkit " with you all.

The Main IG Tool kit :

1. Canva: I recently started using it and it's a lifesaver if you are a content creator if you are a small business that showcases your products.

2. Adobe Spark Post: On this app, you can edit any kind of social graphic design, Let the app do the work for you.

3. Pics Art: Most of you use PA right? but there are some features in the app for free that any other apps provide for premium.

4. Unfold: I always will recommend this app for whoever needs their IG story looks cooler and more professional. Come on, Creators and small businesses!

5. Mojo: Yes !! trust me you can make your pictures/videos look cooler and colorful on your stories on this app. Make colorful and professional IG story effects with this app.

6. Photo Room: Don't struggle to remove your picture background when you have this app. Your portraits and your product pictures anything, Upload, and just one click. Tadaaa.

7. Notion: I use notion for the past year and now I plan all my content in notion. You can customize the notion as you want and it's the best productivity app I ever used you can sync it with your phone and pc. You can make your notes, you can make your grocery list, you can even plan your budget.
