Hereโs a sneak peek into the 3 Strategies that worked for me after trying 10+.

Before anything else, I take a moment for a brain dump session. Either the night before or after I wake up, I spill all my tasks onto an Excel sheet. Hereโs my plan:
โช List down everything thatโs on my mind, from the tiniest task to the big projects.
โช Sort them out based on whatโs pressing (priority) and whatโs screaming for immediate attention (urgency).
โช Allocate time slots for each task and keep track of how much time they actually eat up.
This isnโt just about getting things in order; itโs about setting the stage for a day where I know exactly whatโs happening and when.

My entire lifeโs backbone? Google Calendar. Itโs where all my plans, projects, and deadlines find a home. From ClickUp tasks for my DreamShift projects to scheduling calls (Calendly), everything syncs up here beautifully.
Why? Having a birdโs eye view of my day or week with just a glance. Adjustments? Rescheduling? All doable with a few clicks.

Hereโs a little something extra - Clockify. While Excel tells me whatโs up, Clockify tells me how Iโm spending my time down to the last second.
โช Track each task: Knowing not just what I spend my time on, but how much of it I actually invest.
โช Review and adjust: Itโs about learning from past days to make future ones even more productive.
So, there you have itโmy personal playbook for Time Management. Brain dumping in Excel, centralizing with Google Calendar, and time tracking on Clockify, are what keep me ticking.
Do you use any of the above?
What other Time Hacks you use?
