Sometimes I was tired, sometimes I was strong.
Sometimes I was feeling it, sometimes I wasn’t.
Sometimes I felt confident and sometimes I felt nervous.
But at all times I just kept trying, that’s what we do when we climb mountains, just keep trying one step at a time. It was mad fun and a journey. I hope to be back next year with a better package.

Parties over and we are back in Training! Less than 90 days to powerlifting meet, deadlifts! todays top set was 115kg x 5 working up-to a 1 rep max of 220kg. It’s Sunday and I am grateful to hit the gym and put in the work even life is a bit hectic. Something about the gym that humbles a person, this is my playground and the hustle starts with the iron! 8 years ago I found the gym and it saved my life, if your going through something I advise you to hit a gym and put in the work. It will transform you!

Take your dreams with you because without dreams we are dead. All to often I see people replace dreams for comfort and security.
The greatest and only fear that you must have is envisioning you having had left your dreams behind. This is what keeps me going!
The size of your dream, your hope and the power of your prayers may not be significant to the world, what truly is significant and relevant is that they are yours! And yours alone.
