1998 ජනවාරි මස 1 වන දින ආරම්භ කරන ලද ජාතික ශිෂ්‍ය භට බලකායේ 6 වන බලඇණියට වසර 35 ක් සැපිරීම නිමිත්තෙන් බලඇණියේ කාර්ය මණ්ඩලය , නිලධාරීන් , විශ්‍රාමික නිලධාරීන් හා ශිෂ්‍යභටයින්ගේ දායකත්වයෙන් අද දින (31) රාත්‍රියේ පැවැත්වූ පිරිත් දේශණය.

මාස 12ක් ඒ කියන්නේ දවස් 365ක්
තනියම මේ හැමදේම කරගත්තද පුතේ?

බත් එක බෙදලා අතට වඩම්මලා දැන්වත් මේක කාපං කිවුවම බත් කාපු උබ
මෙහේ 9 වෙද්දී වෙලාවට කන්න දුවනවලු නේද පුතේ?

ඉස්සර රෙද්දක් හෝද ගන්න කිවුවම සතියෙම රෙදි අට්ටි ගහලා මට දීපු උබ
අද හැම ඇදුමම හෝදගන ඉස්තිරික්ක කරලා ඇදන් ඉන්න අගේ

කොස්ස ඉදල අරහං වුන උබ
පරීක්සන වලට තරගෙට අස්පස් කරනවා කියන්නේ ඇත්තද පුතේ?

උබේ ඇට්ටර වැඩ වලට ගහපු පාරක් දෙකක් දරා ගත්ත උබ
හිත මෙච්චර හයිය එකෙක් කියලා කවුද හිතුවේ පුතේ

කොළ පාට තොප්පියයි ඒ ක්‍රීම් පාට ඇදුමයි උබට හරිම අගේ
පපුව ඉස්සරහට දාලා හරි ගාම්භීරව උබ යද්දි
Instrument එකක් weapon එකක් අතට අරන් සරඹ කරද්දි
මකර තොරණ යටින් අඩියෙන් අඩිය තියලා උඩට උබ නගිද්දී
ඒ දැනුණ ආඩම්බරකම කියන්න වචන මට මදී

අද instrument එකක් weapon එකක් විදියට උබේ අත මත තිබ්බේ අපේ රටේ අනාගතේ පුතේ.

කැප කිරීමත් පුහුණුවත් නිකන්ම නිකන් මැණිකක් වෙලා තිබ්බ උබව අද හැඩ තියලා කපලා ඔපමට්ටම් කරලා තියන අපූරුව.

"වැදූ දෙමහල්ලන්ටත් හැදුනු මව් බිමටත් ණය නැති එකෙක් වෙයන්"

"හැම වෙලේම ආඩම්බර වෙයන් උබ උබ වෙනුවෙන් කරගත්ත දේවල් ගැන නෙමෙයි, තව මනුස්සයෙක් වෙනුවෙන් උබ කරපු දේවල් ගැන"

"අද වගේම උබටත් රටටත් හෙටක් තියනවා කියලා මතක තියන් වැඩ කරපං"

උබට වරදින්නේ නෑ පුතේ
