Regarding the icon, extensive research was conducted to achieve the current outcome. Firstly, the circle featured in the icon symbolizes the comprehensive selection of digital services offered by the agency, encapsulating the intended concept effectively.

Additionally, within the center of the circle, an arrow is ingeniously incorporated within the negative space, representing the trajectory towards future advancements and the ongoing evolution of digital technologies.

Notably, this icon boasts remarkable flexibility, poised to serve as a foundation for the creation of numerous departmental icons within the agency in the future.
