I feel Love sprouting through every portal in me,

I feel songs of laughter fill me up to my heart’s content, bursting like fireworks,
Showering my presence with life, with beauty, with poetry, with music ✨

Dead branches have fallen off, freeing up more space for new sprouts. I feel lighter. My heart is enlarged. I have the capacity to love, to laugh, to move. I flow with intention not without aim. I work from a place of rest. I am ready to give more than to receive. I am anchored deeper in Truth. I am finally ready to return to the valley to produce abundant harvest.

One tombstone laid after another. I have no choice at this point. I’ve hit rock bottom with a huge fake smile.
Our physicality screams of all that is going wrong internally. Our body never lies. We are desperate for that change we fear. We embrace the suffering and learn to accept with joy. We anticipate the coming of Spring—but not just yet.
