A Handy Guide👇
Feeling overwhelmed? You’re not alone! Panic attacks affect many of us, but there are ways to cope. Here’s how:
1️⃣ Recognize the Signs: If you feel breathless, have chest pain, or an onslaught of fear, you might be facing a panic attack.
2️⃣ Control Your Breathing: Inhale slowly through your nose, hold for a second, then exhale gently through your mouth. Repeat as needed.
3️⃣ Ground Yourself: Identify 5 things you can see, 4 you can touch, 3 you can hear, 2 you can smell, and 1 you can taste. This helps stabilize your mind.
4️⃣ Stay Active & Eat Well: Regular exercise and a healthy diet can help reduce stress hormones.
