WHY DSS FAILED TO PRODUCE CITIZEN NNAMDI KANU TODAY IN COURT
It Is No Longer News That The Federal High Court Presided Over By Justice Binta Nyako Has Adjourned Till 21/10/2021 , The Case Involving Our Great Son And Leader, Citizen Nnamdi Kanu (OHAMADIKE NDIGBO) And The Confused Federal Government Led By President Mohammadu Buhari. Buhari's Hatred And Known Wickedness Against Ndigbo Has Exposed Him Before The World.
The Fact Is That Nigeria As It Stands (Today) Doesn't Have The Jurisdiction To Try Citizen Nnamdi Kanu.
First, Nigeria Broke International Law On How It Abducted/Kidnapped Citizen Nnamdi Kanu From A Foreign Country (Kenya), Without Following A Lawful Process. That Matter Is Already Before An International Court, And MUST Be Resolved FIRST Before Nigeria Can Be Able To Try Him In Court : Hence The Panicky Adjournment.
Secondly, The Federal Government MUST EXPLAIN Why It Sent The Military To Invade Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's Village Residence In AFARAUKWU Community In September 2017, In A Wicked Bid To Kill Him, But Ended Up Killing 28 Innocent People And Destroyed Properties Worth Billions Of Naira. President Buhari , As Commander In-Chief, Must Explain Why He Sent The Military To Go And Kill A Man (Citizen Nnamdi Kanu ) Who Was On Bail. What Business Has The Military With A Man (Citizen Nnamdi Kanu) Who Is On Bail?
Citizen Nnamdi Kanu's Case Is Weighty And Beyond The Capacity Of Justice Binta Nyako To Handle.
Perhaps, President Buhari Hurriedly Ran To The United Kingdom, UK, To Seek Help From Britain On How To Handle The Case Between The Federal Government And Ohamadike Citizen Nnamdi Kanu.
Clearly, Our Son And Leader, Citizen Nnamdi Kanu Ji Nigeria N'Akpa Amu.
Let Me Warn : Let Nothing Happen To Citizen Nnamdi Kanu In Custody. Ndigbo Worldwide WILL NEVER Take Stories From The Federal Government. His Lawyers And Doctors Should Have Access To Him To Confirm FIRST That He Is In Good Health.

I Rest My Pen.
