Over the years, New York Fashion Week has experienced fragmentation and struggles as it tries to redefine itself. As the European luxury market expands and becomes more expensive, commerciality has become a dominant force. In contrast, in New York, it feels like the opposite effect is taking place.

Dan, voila, meski sempat gagal, namun tepat tahun 2022 saat usianya baru menginjak 25 tahun, ia berhasil membawa pulang piala sebagai Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata perwakilan dari Malang, Jawa Timur. Kecantikan dan kecerdasannya membuat kagum para juri dan memutuskan untuk memberikan predikat Puteri Indonesia Pariwisata kepadanya. Jennifer Anniston has nothing to hide as featured on Allure latest issue. Who ever guessed that she was trying to have a baby.

“I was trying to get pregnant. It was a challenging road for me, the baby-making road,” says Aniston, of a period several years ago.

On the scale of dumb things to say, this is the moment when I really hit it out of the park. “I had no idea.”

“Yeah, nobody does,” she replies graciously. “All the years and years and years of speculation… It was really hard. I was going through IVF, drinking Chinese teas, you name it. I was throwing everything at it. I would’ve given anything if someone had said to me, ‘Freeze your eggs. Do yourself a favor.’ You just don’t think it. So here I am today. The ship has sailed.”

He made it look easy. We knew it wasn’t. But for more than two decades, we were transfixed by the gift of the illusion.

Now, at 41, Federer has announced his retirement from tennis. What he leaves behind may be less the moments than the way he moved between them.

Lets greet the BTS’ New Album Proof: The Anthology Compilation. Yes, the biggest Kpop group are set to drop their new album, Proof, on June 10 – three days before the K-pop group’s ninth anniversary.

The three-disc compilation will be their first anthology album. According to promotional material, it is a celebration of their career thus far, and “opens a new chapter upon their 10th year as artists”.

The 94th annual Academy Awards ceremony was just the beginning of Sunday night’s Oscars marathon. For Hollywood’s biggest names the evening began on the red carpet and ended at “The Party,” the legendary event hosted by entertainment mogul Guy Oseary. Famously, no one—and we do mean, no one—is allowed to photograph inside the night’s most exclusive after party with the exception of one man: JR. Since 2017, the French artist has been focusing his lens on the year’s winners, nominees, and A-list partygoers to capture instantly iconic snapshots.

This year “The Party,” which began in 2008 with its host Madonna, was co-sponsored by Gucci and served as a final stop after a long-haul awards season plagued by delays. The event’s strict no-social-media policy afforded celebrities like Penélope Cruz, who was nominated for Best Actress for her role in Pedro Almodóvar’s Parallel Mothers, and Finneas, who took home Best Original Song for “No Time to Die” with his sister and collaborator Billie Eilish, the opportunity to relax without the concern of prying iPhones. Meanwhile, Jessica Chastain got a chance to let loose after her first-ever win for The Eyes of Tammy Faye. Only JR’s celebratory photos were allowed. When the show still going on, meanwhile Chris Rock in backstage, from the wings of the stage, according to Anthony Breznican: “When Chris Rock walked back to the wings of the stage with the winners, his cheek was red, but he tried to play it off to the gobsmacked crew and fellow presenters by making a joke about one of Will Smith’s other Oscar-nominated roles. One witness said he remarked loudly, ‘That’s the only time you get hit my Muhammad Ali and it doesn’t leave a scratch.’”

Apple’s Coda wins big, while Dune dominate technical awards. Though Netflix brought more than a few contenders that were favored to win at to this year’s Academy Awards, Apple’s Coda made history last night by becoming the first streaming movie to nab a statue for Best Picture — an achievement made even more impressive by how few Oscars the film was nominated for (three) compared to the competition. While The Power of the Dog didn’t take home the award of the night, director Jane Campion became the third woman to win Best Director, and West Side Story’s Ariana DeBose and Coda’s Troy Kotsur became the first openly q***r and deaf actors, respectively, to win in the Best Supporting Actor/Actress categories. Virgil Abloh the barrier-breaking Black designer whose ascent to the heights of the traditional luxury industry changed what was possible in fashion, died on Sunday in Chicago after a two-year battle with cardiac angiosarcoma, a rare cancer. He was 41.

His death was confirmed by his family.

The artistic director of Louis Vuitton men’s wear as well as the founder of his own brand, Off-White, Mr. Abloh was a prolific collaborator with outside brands from Nike to Evian, and a popular fashion theorist whose expansive and occasionally controversial approach to design inspired comparisons with everyone from Andy Warhol to Jeff Koons.

Mr. Abloh transformed not just what consumers wanted to wear, bridging hypebeast culture and the luxury world, but what brands wanted in a designer — and the meaning of “fashion” itself. What a huge sad news for fashion industry and history, rest in love Vigril, you will be missed.
