A bittersweet farewell or a new beginning? As the pandemic winds down, senior KAIST students reflect on how their university experience compares to today’s bustling campus life. With in-person events, student clubs, and a vibrant social scene returning, many feel a sense of loss over what could have been. Despite this, the article encourages seniors to celebrate these positive changes and take pride in the legacy they’re leaving behind, reminding all students to make the most of every moment.

“Enjoy the butterflies, enjoy being naïve, enjoy the nerves, the pressure, people not knowing your name, because that’s part of it… enjoy the process of making a name for yourself. Stay focused — you got to the dance in the first place doing what you do, so don’t change too much. Keep trying to build and learn and grow, but don’t forget what got you here.”
