A great experience for Fish Island Community Arts Centre junior chefs - to travel and learn with Kek Soon's Cambodian Kitchen at Saravoan Hotel - the charming beachside in Kep sur mer, where FICAC's young team are showcasing their talents and documenting the story as part of Kek Soon's Cambodian Kitchen TV series.

The delicious menu too of course - with Fish Island Shrimp Po Boys, Basque-style Bouillabaisse Seafood Stew, Colombian Apertisers.

All dished created out of Cambodian flavors and hand-picked delicious, fresh local ingredients. Bringing together the cuisine of four nations, Cambodia, New Orleans, USA, Basque Spain, & Colombia.

The event was held over two night and on the final day our team traveled out to Koh Tansui (Rabbit Island) to enjoy a well-earned break and picnic lunch as well as catching more fresh seafood for dinner!
