Since the dark times of Cambodian history, the population has to deal with the remnants like landmines. Local people are affected in their daily life. Even though a lot of landmines are cleared and most sights are free of landmines, there are still many places that are unsafe. The landmine museum gives you an impression of the current situation and provides you some insights in that issue. The museum is located slightly outside of Siem Reap city, but easy to reach when you visit Banteay Srei - a must see anyway. Therefore please spare some minutes and also visit the museum. Due to low tourist numbers, the number of visitor also decreased and threatens the survival of the museum. Therefore please come! You can also support local Cambodian people and the efforts of clearing the landmines, but donation and thereby you can make a value contribution and safe many life every year.

Read book during the tour,
What is the better tour guide? Somebody who pretends to know everything or somebody who uses the time when the customer relaxes to increase the knowledge?
I talked about this topic with one of my customers. He said that he like my approach of using silent time in the car to extend my knowledge in order to give my customers as much information as possible. It also allows me to prepare the latest information every time. What do you think about reading a book? Please share your opinion in the comments below.
