puchea since 1993 until his death in 2015. Later, Pen Media Group, CEN (Cambodia Express News) was approved by H.E Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information, to transfer all its control from Miss. Currently, Pen Media Group, CEN (Cambodia Express News), is run by Ms. Chip Yutheary, the owner, according to the statement of the Ministry of Information, letter 319, dated June 25, 2019, signed by H.E Khieu Kanharith, Minister of Information
2)CEN is the first web-based newspaper (https://cen.com.kh) and also got license as an online TV in Cambodia. Currently, CEN is the leading website in online-news market of Cambodia, and it operates to broadcast in the form of articles and videos and its broadcasting is simultaneously in Digital News clusters including Website, page, YouTube and App on mobile phone.
