តាមពិតខ្ញុំមិនចង់និយាយអ្វីទេនៅចំពោះមុខជម្លោះកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលកំពុងត្រូវបានសម្របសម្រួលក្រោមបទឈប់បាញ់ ដើម្បីធានាថាជីវិតកងទ័ព និងប្រជាជនមិនត្រូវស្លាប់ និងរបួសទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិទាំងរដ្ឋ ទាំងឯកជនក៏ដូចជា ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធមិនត្រូវបានបំផ្លាញដោយសារសង្គ្រាមផ្ទុះឡើងវិញនោះឡើយ។
ប៉ុន្តែអ្វីដែលខ្ញុំចង់និយាយគឺការបើកច្រកព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ ដែលកន្លងមកនេះមានការនិយាយច្រើន ដែលខាងកម្ពុជាភាគច្រើនចេញពីបងប្អូនអ្នកលេងបណ្តាញសង្គម ឯសម្រាប់អ្នកនយោបាយ ឬអ្នកដឹកនាំកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងរដ្ឋបាលស៉ីវិល មិនមានអ្នកណាចេញមកនិយាយទេ។ ក្រឡេកមើលទៅប្រទេសថៃ មានគ្រប់មជ្ឈដ្ឋានចេញមកនិយាយយ៉ាងច្រើនដែលតាំងពីលើដល់ក្រោមនិយាយតែពីបន្តបិទ។
ចាប់តាំងពីយោធាថៃបិទព្រំដែនជាឯកតោភាគីមក កម្ពុជាមិនដែលបានសុំភាគីថៃបើកច្រកវិញទេ គ្រាន់តែប្រាប់ទៅភាគីថៃថា (ថៃជាអ្នកបិទ ថៃគឺជាអ្នកបើកមិនបាច់ចរចាជាមួយកម្ពុជាទេ ហើយកម្ពុជានឹងបើកតាមក្រោយយ៉ាងយូរ៥ម៉ោង)។
ជំហរកម្ពុជានេះ នឹងមិនផ្លាស់ប្តូរទេ ហើយកម្ពុជាក៏មិនធ្វើថោកទៅសុំថៃបើកច្រកព្រំដែននោះដែរ។ ថៃអាចបន្តបិទសូម្បី១០០ឆ្នាំទៀតក៏កម្ពុជាមិនស្លាប់ដែរ។
ខ្ញុំគួរតែអរគុណថៃ ដែលតាមរយៈការបិទព្រំដែនជាឯកតោភាគីនេះទំនិញថៃនាំចូលមិនបាន ធ្វើឲ្យទំនិញកម្ពុជាដែលផលិតក្នុងស្រុកមានការរីកចម្រើនយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាដែលស្រឡាញ់ជាតិនាំគ្នាគាំទ្រប្រើប្រាស់ទំនិញក្នុងស្រុក ដែលនេះនឹងគាំទ្រដល់ការរីកចម្រើនខាងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសម្រាប់រយៈពេលវែង។
ជាង៣ខែអត់ទំនិញថៃទីផ្សារកម្ពុជាមានស្ថិរភាព មានទំនិញប្រើប្រាស់គ្រប់គ្រាន់ និងអតិផរណាទាបនិយាយដោយឡែក និងនិយាយជារួមម៉ាក្រូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់គ្រងបានល្អ។
សម្រាប់សំណូមពរជប៉ុនដែលវិនិយោគនៅថៃផងនៅកម្ពុជាផង ដែលត្រូវការដឹកទំនិញឆ្លងកាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ សូមជប៉ុនធ្វើទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយភាគីថៃ ព្រោះភាគីកម្ពុជាបានផ្តល់ការយល់ព្រមរួចហើយ។ ខ្ញុំសូមបងប្អូនជនរួមជាតិ មេត្តាអត់ធ្មត់ និងទុកលទ្ធភាពឲ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបន្តដោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធី។ យើងមិនអាចយកសង្រ្គាមដើម្បីបញ្ចប់សង្គ្រាមបានទេ៕
In truth, I do not wish to make any statements regarding the Cambodia-Thailand conflict, which is currently being addressed under a ceasefire agreement intended to prevent the loss of life among military personnel and civilians, and to ensure that both public and private property, as well as infrastructure, are not destroyed in the event of renewed warfare.
However, what I do wish to speak about is the reopening of the Cambodia-Thailand border checkpoint. In recent times, there has been considerable public discussion, mostly from Cambodian social media users. Meanwhile, political figures, military leaders, and civil administrators have remained silent on the matter.
Looking at Thailand, we see voices from all levels of society, from top to bottom, speaking out repeatedly about maintaining the closure. Since the Thai military unilaterally shut the border, Cambodia has never requested its reopening. We simply informed the Thai side that, (as Thailand closed it, they should be the ones to reopen it. There is no need for negotiation with Cambodia, and once Thailand reopens its side, Cambodia will follow five hours later.)
This is Cambodia's firm position and it will not change. Cambodia will not lower itself to beg Thailand to reopen the border. Even if Thailand decides to keep it closed for another 100 years, Cambodia will not perish.
I should express gratitude to Thailand. Their unilateral border closure has prevented the import of Thai goods, which in turn has led to significant growth in Cambodian domestic products. Cambodian citizens who love their country have come together to support and consume locally made goods, which will contribute to long-term economic development.
For over three months without Thai imports, Cambodia’s markets have remained stable, with an adequate supply of goods and low inflation. In macroeconomic terms, economic management has been effective.
Regarding Japan’s request as it has investments in both Thailand and Cambodia to transport goods across the Cambodia-Thailand border, Japan should contact the Thai side, as Cambodia has already granted its approval.
I respectfully urge my fellow citizens to remain patient and allow the Royal Government to continue resolving this matter through peaceful means. We cannot end war with war.
