Check the difference, Ruto's education background is clear, from primary to university, but Raila's...he was born in 1945 then went direct to certificate in welding in 1970.....one year later, he founded East Africa Spectre, a company that's milking billions of money by increasing gas...nobody is saying Raila never went to high school or university, or never lectured at university of Nairobi, but can we have at least one classmate of Raila's at Malada High as alleged or anyone who can say Raila was his lecturer?
