*🤰🏾*Some mistakes and things to avoid during pregnancy....*

📌Avoid Alcohol
📌Avoid caffeinated foods
📌Avoid too much half ripe pawpaw and pineapple
📌Avoid some s*x positions (cowgirl position, side pe*******on are okay)
📌Avoid junk food
Eat fruits well including watermelon🍉, cucumber 🥒, Apples 🍏, carrots, etc reduce orange.
📌Don't carry heavy load.
📌Make sure you drink that medicine and supplements given to you at the hospital to avoid
📌Avoid bending too much, use chair to support your waist.
Listen to your doctor's instructions and obey.
📌Don't sleep with your tummy facing down or sleeping with back tummy facing up, sleep on your left hand side I know is not easy just try, you can turn small to right hand but is not advisable..
📌Don't forget to always speak positive words to your unborn baby.
Pray always, tell God how you want your baby to look, how you want the labour to be, including the time labour will start, when it will start, how painful and painless you want it, the hours you will spend in the labour room etc

I join you in prayer,no pregnant woman will die while birthing a baby, you will not come back with your bag alone. We are welcoming you home both you and your baby(ies)in Jesus' name we pray Amen and Amen....
