Reflecting on past relationships can help you navigate future ones in a more healthy way. It can help you figure out what you really want and learn how to become a better partner.

Itās always okay to leave pages blank in your planner, but if you want to fill it up after the fact, here are a couple of tips!
Back planning is great for helping you remember what happened in a particular week if you didnāt have time or motivation to write (and maybe it will also prevent you from being framed for a crime š¤£).
The best part? You can always turn the page to a new week and try again! No one is 100% in their planner all the time, and thatās okay. š

Currently pages are some of my favorite pages to decorate and to fill out in my planner. I use those pages in a lot of different ways, depending on my mood, whatās happening in my life, etc. I like to change it up sometimes because I get bored if I do the same thing all the time!
Hopefully this will give you some ideas on how to use yours! I usually fill it out about a week before the month ends, for the next month. You should fill it out whenever you feel is right for you!
