Glad to receive newly appointed Director General for Public Investments and Portfolio Management (National Treasury) Lawrence Kibet in my office today.

In our meeting, I congratulated Mr Kibet and gave him my blessings as he embarks on his new assignment.

Mr Kibet is a very competent person with vast experience (knowledge and skills) in financial management. I have a lot of confidence in him.
