2. After buying the machine with our CDF and grants & registering it as own property, him as MP, is the final say and will award himself tender to drill water through hiring the machine to CDF & with which he will approve unanimously and very fast.
3. If Lotin meant good for us and knows the problems we have as Constituency, why could he buy that machine now and propose his plan to the incumbent leadership to approve and provide us water. why does he want to wait until he gets into that seat to do that. Simple, it is because he knows how he will craft things.
4. I want you to know that Lotin is a very cunning person that you will not easily know until the day he strikes on you. Did you know that he is called Jonathan Before he had series of court cases of corruption in KRA then changed his name to Nyitore Lotin and yhrew away his other names forever? Now you know.

Kisii Man Kisses Bride to 'Death' During Wedding Ceremony

Sometimes back last year, the MP failed to pay dues to young men working for him at his Sagat Home who incidentally out of frustrations on what to feed their families, broke to his stores and took off with some assorted electrical equipment belonging to Kenya Power which he had kept in his stores as if KPLC lacked stores to keep their items. Or who knows this could be where fake items exchange hands for genuine ones including the transformers.
For this reason, anyone who wishes to believe Mwala should first ask a genuine Ravine person on their views on him. Don't ask sycophants akina Kipchumba Cheptalel Kimeli and dictator Walter Kipruto. That all Students in Baringo who did their KCSE in previous years and managed to score D- , D, D+, C-, and above are offered Technical Training education absolutely FREE!!
