Wilson Muema Masila - Katelembu Cooperative Society Chairperson To Exit In June,2024
Katelembu Cooperative Society Chairperson in Machakos County- Wilson Muema Masila has announced that he will officially exit as Chairperson in June,this year,2024.
Speaking to Jamii TV KENYA , Chairperson Wilson Muema Masila said that he feels happy for achieving his goal of ensuring that Katelembu Cooperative Society members get title deeds.
According to Muema, his only target goal was to settle Katelembu land disputes that have been witnessed over many years and ensure that the members get title deeds ,for them to settle in their land peacefully with no any fear.
Under his leadership, members of the society have been issued with tittle deeds and the process of issuance is still on until June, when he will exiting as Chairperson.
The historical land injustices associated with the society will now come to end.
The land issues for Katelembu have been politicised for over many years and left unsolved, but through Wilson Muema Masila's intervention, just few years in office, the members can now afford a smile.
The issuance of title deeds will enable them develop their land, practice farming and carry on other income generating activities, in return, raising their living standards and also developing Machakos County.
Having over 1000 ready title deeds, Chairperson Wilson Muema Masila urged all members to ensure they collect their title deeds before june, since he will be exiting as Chairperson and he needs to have served all members rightfully.
