I forgot how simple and delicious these Churro Cheesecake Bars are! I haven’t made them in years, but wanted to whip up something for National Churro Day!

•2 rolls of crescent dough (I like the sheets)
•2 blocks of cream cheese (softened)
•2 Eggs
•1/2 cup sugar
•2 Tbsp butter (melted)
•1 tsp Vanilla Extract
•cinnamon sugar (1/2 cup white sugar mixed with 2 Tbsp cinnamon)

•preheat oven to 350
•brush melted butter on a 9x13 pan (you can use cooking spray, but trust me the butter is better)
•generously coat the bottom of the pan with cinnamon sugar
•unroll one crescent dough sheet and stretch it to cover the bottom of the pan
•use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the cream cheese until nice and fluffy
•add in eggs, sugar and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
•pour the batter into the pan
•lay the second crescent sheet on top of the cheesecake mixture
•lightly brush the dough with melted butter
•generously sprinkle more cinnamon sugar on the crescent dough
•bake for 30 minutes
•allow to cool on the counter, then refrigerate for a few hours to completely cool.
•slice in bars or bite sized pieces
•enjoy!

These little Sneeker Peeker shoe deodorizers are so cute! They use activated charcoal packs to eliminate the stank in your shoes. What’s great is once the charcoal packets inevitably stop working you can just add baking soda to them.

No one likes slimy mushrooms! My mom shared this tip with me recently and it is a game changer. There is nothing worse than thinking about a delicious mushroom dish all day just to find that your mushrooms have turned. The paper bag is breathable, so won’t hold moisture and the paper towel will help to absorb any moisture in your fridge. Let me know if you try it!
