5 “me time” activities that you can do this weekend without leaving your home

1. Breathe into fresh air - Open your window or go to your yard, and take a minute to focus on your breathing. Be grateful for the in-between moments and listen to the voice inside you.
2. Listen to your favorite music - There’s nothing more powerful than vibing to your favorite playlist. It just makes your day much better!
3. Light a candle with your favorite scent - This is definitely a powerful self-care moment! You can also do this with scented baths and see how it can restore you.
4. Get enough sleep - After all the work you’ve done for the week, you’ll really need enough sleep. Sleeping with no alarm and NO BACKLOGS, ahh that’s a dream!
5. Be present - Dedicate your weekend to being present with your mind, and connect with yourself. An added bonus of making this your last activity for the weekend? It actually helps you start the next week with a peaceful heart! Don’t say I never gave you anything 😉
