D.c.i special team disbandment 'suspect'.

The reason behind the disbandment of the Special Operations team at D.C.i has elicited mixed reactions.

The men and women who were in that squad are understandably well versed with multiple investigations and the masterminds behind, from financial misappropriation, corruption and suspicious deaths which happened under the previous government and which the squad have them at their heart are somehow worrying to Kenyans and their kins.

Kenyans are being treated to a P.R fiasco indicating that the group has lost meaning and it was previously being used to maim political dissidents and since that will be a thing of the past in the new administration, the team's job description is now null.

Those Kenyans who are privy to yester years news can recall how the Special Branch was disbandment after the then strong forces in Moi government thought that some of its members had vital information on who murdered Dr Robert Ouko.
Infact many of the squad's members disappeared or died mysteriously save for some like Prof Luchiri Wajackoyah who sneaked out of the country to exile in Britain where he ended up working as an undertaker in a morgue before enrolling to a law college.

Questions ringing in the minds of Kenyans are;

How much is 'much' do these officers know?

Who will benefit from their redeployment and who are the possible beneficiaries of the team's disbandment?

Can their safety be guaranteed putting into consideration the feathers they rubbed the wrong way?

Is it possible to witness other "Wajackoyah's" running to exile for their safety?

Dr Alfred Mutua, the nominee for C.s foreign affairs is after all incompetent or unfit to lead this docket.
As a matter of principle he should come and show why it's not possible again in him to sign treaties and agreements with foreigners and thereafter tell Kenyans that he didn't know what he appended his signature for.
It's not lost to Kenyans that he publicly owned up to having had signed a document from Azimio coalition party which he had not read and which was binding his maendeleo chap chap party into a political arrangement.
What assurance do Kenyans have from him that he will not sign in a similar manner and before he realizes it will be too little too late as Kenya gets auctioned

Who divides us??

The truth is that, what unites us is greater than what divides us.
It's now time to shun politicians who are undoubtedly host that ghost which divides Kenyans.
