FB BUDGET

We are not all millionaires who can throw thousands of pounds into marketing but here is the good news you don't need a big budget to get started with Facebook ads

However please be realistic about your expectations!

You won't get tons and tons of new clients on a 5£ budget a day to a cold audience and expect them to purchase your service instantly!

But you can use the same 5£ to build an email list which has a lead magnet and then nurture the list to get them to trust you, putting yourself in a position to get people to buy from you via email

Make sure that you are targeting the right people. your ad can be amazing but if you are reaching the wrong people it won't convert.⁠

2)Your Funnel us too long ⁠
You’re putting too many clicks between the initial click-through and the conversion event, and you risk losing visitors along the way.⁠

3)Too much text on your Picture ⁠
FB favours ads with no or very few words on pictures and videos.⁠
Putting too much text in your ad (including logo) could cause Facebook to under-serve your ad. ⁠

4)Boring Ad Creative ⁠
Ad creative includes both copy and image. Your copy needs to clear, benefit-driven, user-focused, and actionable. Does your ad capture someone's interest enough to stop scrolling?⁠

Hi everyone 👋

I’m Kudzai, the human behind Derma Digital. Just wanted to pop in and let you know how my brand came about...

While studying at University, I always had a job. I knew that once I graduated, I wouldn’t want to be in a formal job setup where I was required to report to someone. I wanted a career that I was passionate about and wouldn't limit my creativity and most importantly my freedom.

So Derma Digital was born, I took a leap of faith into something that I am truly passionate about. I created this ad agency to help aesthetic entrepreneurs like myself, by guiding them into creating rewarding results with their facebook ads.

This journey has been a rollercoaster but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’m happy that I believed in myself than to just go about life with ‘what if’.

So my question to you all is , what inspired you to pursue a career in aesthetics ?

Even as a small business, you still deserve RESPECT! This comes in many forms such as

Being paid your worth
Respect for your prices “what is the mates rate or can we get a family discount”
Respect for your experience and training
Respect for your time -- both you and your clients should be on time for appointments

You offer highly valuable services and should be treated as such. Create the boundaries you need in order to be respected, your future self will thank you for it!

Are your ads attracting your ideal client ?

You could have an amazing service with an even better offer, but if you are not targeting the correct audience with compelling content your ads will not be very effective. Here are a few questions you can ask yourself to get you back on track

When someone looks at your ads, will it make them intrigued enough to find out more?

Does your audience know what they need to do next (sign up, redeem voucher, go to certain part of the website etc?)

Can your audience picture themselves using your service with great results

And most importantly how will they feel now they have found your services ?

If you can't clearly answer these questions then your ad may need a few tweaks, don't worry it takes time to get the perfect ad!
