I also started a new medication. BEFORE you send all your hate comments, just know that Ive talked to my doctor and I honestly talk with her weekly. And we have come up with a plan of diet, exercise and medication that is suitable for me.

Ozempic is my new 💉

Its for weight loss and lowering blood sugars and as you can tell, its working. Im hoping with all the rights, I can keep my numbers down and start losing weight. Ive reach the highest weight I ever want to be. And Ozempic is going to change that. It may take weeks or months, however I’m ready for the change❤️

Strawberries and sugar free whipped cream is a guilty pleasure now. Keep following because I may post so much more!

Welcoming back some confidence. The prettiest Ive felt since my wedding. Life has different seasons and lets just say I had to walk through an ugly one.

Im still adjusting to who I am today. Learning to find a home in something other than working full time and just being a wife. Learning to find things like small hobbies that make me happy.

This week I said I need to get out of the muck and at least try. So here I am. First selfie I feel beautiful in since months. 🖤

When you are 32, trying to make a baby, juggling a full time job, while also being the main care taker of your first responder household, while trying to make friends, enjoy a hobby or two, be there for family, and not fall apart, health has to come first.

At 32, living with chronic pain and fighting diabetes, its very easy to let yourself go. Greens has been a big factor in my life for years. I struggle to eat them, so I get my nutrients by drinking them.

Today I mixed them with a scoop of Ovasitol which is supposed to be amazing for you if you are try to conceive.

Do the greens taste great? Not at all, do I notice a difference when drinking them? Absolutely YES! I experience more energy, better moods, and more of a will to get things done.

Before I do any infertility treatments with medications, I want to at least try all the natural ways you can better the body for pregnancy.

So here we are, I take shots in the morning!🖤🥬
