Its very dangerous that Busia county doesnt have a well equipped ambulance, according to my research yestarday i came to learn that those structures they are calling ambulance are empty inside, they lack appropriate equipments, they are not well conditioned inside, they have poor air conditioning system inside, i would like to ask tho who are in health sector these questions? what are they waiting to maintain those ambulances? where do they take money allocated to ambulances? when will busia people enjoy health services? . I thought devolution came to serve people in regardless of tribe, status, colour or position you hold, we need our people to receive good and best heath services without restrictions because they are tax payers.

Warning to those who are working in health sector in busia county, our county has poor health services and facilities, our health sector has corrupt leaders and health workers. My brother a politician will never help you, a politician will never support you, he or she will never give you good services like health, education, infrastrutures and many more. He will come and cheat you, manipulate you and leave you confused at an a level that you cant recover. He will be happy if you ask support from him, if you cry for help due to floods, drought, hunger and poor health facilities
