(A wise cab driver,discharged from hospital after a road accident occurred when he had a head collission with a trailer,but luckily he was alive.This is his 17th time to be discharged from a medical center mainly because of road accident.He was tired of driving and he therefore decided to try a new thing-RIDING.He bought a horse-drawn carriage and took it in a road test,over the country's busiest highway.He met a road sign ⛔️ and met a traffic police officer on duty.)
COP:Where is your driving license?

DRIVER:(whilst on a horse,handed some papers from his pockets to the cop.)Here are

COP:Where are the registration details for this vehicle?

DRIVER:I'm not here with them,Sir...

COP:Am asking where are they?

DRIVER:I don't have them,but...

COP:You are under arrest,(as he pulls him from the horse)get down,you have the right to remain silent,and whatever you say,(as he reached his pockets to remove the handicuffs)will be used against you in the court of law.....
