Bungoma High School posted a remarkable improvement in the 2025 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) exams after many years of underperformance.

Key Results:

3 students scored A (plain) – including top performer Allan Baraka.

10 students scored A- (minus).

In total the school recorded approximately 13 top grades (A plain + A-) a significant milestone.

250+ students qualified for direct university entry (with C+ and above), showing a big jump in university transition rates compared to previous years

Bunyore Girls High School posted excellent results in the 2025 KCSE with very high rates of university entry and a strong mean score, confirming the school as one of the top performers in the Western region.

34 students scored A plain.

Out of 451 candidates, 450 scored C+ and above, meaning nearly everyone qualified for direct university entry.
