Ready for the answer🤷♀️👇
✨Instagram: We recommend having a variety of iphone + camera photos! You want to showcase clear imagery, but still have room to show off more laid-back organic content (often shot through just your iphone). For video, try to film most Reels with just your phone camera. This will help give your audience a more realistic/ relatable view from your business, which is what social media is ALL about. If you want to experiment with higher-quality camera footage for videos, definitely do so! Depending on your goals—it can sometimes make sense to choose this route, but keep in mind organic, less produced, content will often perform best.
✨Tik Tok: this platform is heavily focused on authenticity and relatability! Shooting your content on your phone is the better route to be able to achieve this! Again, nothing wrong with higher quality camera footage, but for the most part you will want to keep it casual on this platform!
👉Keep in mind the quality of your content still matters. It should not be blurry or overly edited with filters. Clean your camera well before filming and stabilize it with a tripod!
💜For the most part, I shoot my client’s content using both (iPhone camera and DSLR)! Overwhelmed shooting your own content? Visit the link in bio to inquire about my content creation service!
