Quit your excuses: Spare 30 minutes to workout daily.

Include fresh fruits in your daily diet to optimise your health.

Prioritise taking a cold shower every day. I promise, it will boost your self-discipline.

Listen more than you talk and be teachable.

Learn to say “No” unapologetically and get busy minding your own business.

Make an attempt to read at least two pages a day to sharpen your mind.

Learn a new skill every 3 months and spend another 90 days developing it.

Be slow to react: learn to create a space between feeling an impulse and acting on it.

You'll inevitably slip up no matter how discipline you become. Don't dwell on it. Get up, dust yourself off, and get going again.

Polite advice to the KCSE CANDIDATES,

1.YOU are more than your grades.
2.YOU should consider taking a gap year and take on internships to discover different career paths.
3. That YOU shouldn't take it personal if U never get to see or talk to UR "besties" ever again.
4. That YOU shouldn't just go and do any course for the sake of it.
5. YOU should learn a skill and start earning an honest living as soon as possible.
6. That in as such as U feel like U are grown ups, U are still children and should remain obedient and law abiding.
7. There are alot of scams out here in the name of people and opportunities and YOU shouldn't feel pressured just for the sake of fitting in.
8. There is more to life than academics. Character will open great doors for YOU.
9. Us older folks may be irritating when we advise them but we've seen alot and honestly there is nothing new under the sun.
10. That as long as YOU did YOUR best, it is ok..YOU can excel in future just in case YOU are disappointed in YOUR results.

(BUT again someone remind the ministry of Education that KCSE has a big role to play in someones life after school, hence they need to be MORE SERIOUS with marking childrens exams. It hurts to recieve what genuinely one doesn't deserve. Parents& Guardians invest alot in their children .. and children also work extra hard. LET'S STRIVE to award THEM 💯% GENUINE RESULTS)
