MILLENIALS VS GEN Z IN REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

The current thriving generation "GEN Z" are said to be the most confident of all times. Kuzaliwa na confidence na audacity is the word. Apart from them being no nonsense or wont take a damn! They are also very intelligent younglings. BELIEVE THEM TO SAY WHAT IS UNSPOKEN OFF!

With much said about them ,the world is worried about their consistency, They are quick to learn but could possibly take forever to implement on some serious matters.

With the Millennials ,they did not need any alarm to invest in either buying a house a piece of land or even building in the up country .
They would say, NAIROBI SIO KWETU,OR MAISHA YA TOWN HUISHA.This could have been contributed by the fact that most were brought up in the country side and believe life in the countryside is life and in the city ,its mostly to hustle and eventually GO BACK HOME!!Come to think of it.

With Gen Z a huge percentage were brought up in the city,close to their working parents,and the outcome is ,City life is life and upcountry is just to visit!!,Some even Swear to go back home when aged.MAISHA YA USHAGO NI NGUMU!!

On the other side of it GenZers are taking their time to go through the life cycles, GROW IN YOUR 10'S,ENJOY YOUR 20'S,INVEST IN YOUR 30'S.

Millennials are known to have the BUYING POWER,while Genzers are known to be RENTERS. Seems different generations come with different ideologies.
However with my interaction with some GENZERS who are investing in real estate, They seem to be very well set for the future.
-Rentals are build on bare land, For speculation and later sale ,some Genzers have already calculated to be multi millionaires in a few coming years.
With the constant rising in prices of plots and land, there will never seem any deplete in prices, PURE PROFIT!!
