Stay true to yourself. Don’t worry about what people think of you or about the way they try to make you feel. If people want to see you as a good person, they will. If they want to see you as a bad person, absolutely nothing you do will stop them. Ironically, the more you try to show them your good intentions, the more reason you give them to knock you down if they are commited to misunderstanding you. Keep your head up high and be confident in what you do. Be confident in your intentions and keep your eyes ahead instead of wasting your time on those who want to drag you back. Because you can’t change people’s views, you have to believe that true change for yourself comes from within you, not from anyone else.

Im walking into 2024 with a clear heart and mind,if you owe me don't worry about it ,if you wrong me ,its all good, lesson learned ,if you are angry with me ,you won , I've let go,if we aren't speaking,its cool,i truly wish you well ,if you feel i have wrong you,i apologize it wasn't intentional,am grateful for every experience that i received.

2. That single mother playing independent is not fine. Reach out.
3. That jobless drunk brother who has been branded 'useless' by your friends and family. Reach out.
4. That beautiful woman who you think has it all. She is not fine. Reach out.
5. Your girlfriend who suddenly became lazy, withdrawn and rude.
6. Su***de is not selfish. It is selfish to remind a depressed person that su***de will only transfer the pain to others. There is no pain in death. Depression seeks that peace. Reach out.
