When a patient is diagnosed with Diabetes , Hypertension, cancer etc, the family and friends gather for prayers and one of the questions they ask themselves as a show of pity and concern towards the affected is, "Where did all these diseases come from? Izi magonjwa zote zilitoka wapi?"
Here at the , I'm taking you 2 generations back to the things we used to do, or were not done.

1. How many homesteads used to cook chapatis 2-3 times per week as you do? Right now from wheat, you are eating the following
a) chapati
b) mandazi
c) spaghetti
d) noodles
E) weeta__x
f) cakes all over. Etc
2. We're there seed oils then or it was Mafuta ya Ng'ondu, na Ngombe na kuku? Simple Tallow, lard, Suet?

The production of these fruits, involves use of pesticides and Herbicides, use of Glyphosate which raises your estrogen levels predisposing yoj to problems.
5. And did you know that those days our grandfather's used to fast? Then they go out to hunt, sometimes they'd not catch a prey and therefore, they'd sleep hungry that night allowing the gut to rest.
6. Those days, there were so many N.E.A.T exercises (NON-EXERCISE ACTIVITY THERMOGENESIS) such as Tilling of land, Carrying manure, grazing, fetching water and Firewood etc. Nowadays, We are using gas to cook, water is there, we here shambaboys etc
7. Those days people used to walk for 50kms per day, for
