The Genesis for Human Rights Commission has filed a suit in the High Court challenging Ali Hassan Joho's nomination as Cabinet Secretary for Mining. They believe he lacks academic qualifications for the post and was suspected involved in drug trafficking in a report presented in Parliament by the late Professor George Saitoti. However, he was later vindicated.

The CA Kenya is being urged by Safaricom to reevaluate awarding independent licenses to satellite service providers such as Starlink. They contend that such a setup might enable unauthorized connections and detrimental interference with mobile networks. He started using his military skills to rob rich people to get the money to give Maribe the life she "deserves." Today, Jowie is convicted, and Maribe is acquitted.
