MESSAGE TO MOGULS!
Unless you are in agreement with your Head;

1) Don't teach Primary Section.......Your methodology of teaching is different from the methodology used to teach the primary level.
Utajifanya mzuri hapo Halafu baadaye waseme uliwaste hao watoto. Deliver at the level of content that you were trained to deliver.

2) Don't ask for money from your JSS Learners.
Hata k**a shule hakuna Kuni ama maji, Wacha headteacher ama Deputy aitishe yeye mwenyewe. By distancing yourself from such issues, you are creating a distance between you and problems. After all, You are there to teach, not to be a tax collector

3) Don't attend any unpaid remedial lesson that is scheduled earlier than 8 am or later than 8pm. The commission pays you for only 8 hours of work per day. If the parents want more contact hours for their kids, they should be the first people to come to school and pay before the program starts.

4) Know the teachers code of conduct and the duties of a teacher in school. If you know this, no one will overstep someone's duties and you won't also neglect yours. Be decent in dressing and fashion but don't wear lobes that were used by scholars of Medieval and Renaissance periods. You are a 21st century teacher, you are not a scarecrow!

5)Don't just give in to any demand by the other teachers or the school head because of fear. you have your rights. Sio wakitaka maji unaitwa. Wakitaka uji unaitwa. Wakitaka tissue unaitwa. Wakitaka photocopy unaitwa.
Just as you are a teacher, so are they.
Maintain respect but don't be a cow of man or woman.

This is a WARNING to all Men, Nature does not smile on an old broke Man, who did not carefully think of their old age when he was young.

I've seen how men spend their entire youths sacrificing for their families, and I've seen where that ultimately leads to.

My brother, as you are working hard to train your children and to make your wife proud, don't forget to have something for yourself for your old age.

I pray that you won't have to beg your children for food when you're old

Can I tell you a truth?

You are a stranger in that family you call yours today.

That house you struggled so much to build is not yours. Its for your wife and the children! Seriously!

My grandfather used to say, "A married man is like a Tractor that builds a road: he does a fine job, but then they bring a flat loader and carry the tractor away, saying it will spoil the road."

That tractor is never allowed to step on the road it built!

Same is the case of married men. We deny ourselves, get loans, wear secondhand clothes, etc. to see our children through high schools, universities, etc. because we believe that the only gift we can give them is quality education. When they are old enough, the fathers often become dispensable.

I warn you, my brothers. Nature does not smile on old broke men who did not carefully think of their old age when he was young.

Build your own house where you will live in your old age. Don’t be a tenant forever

Build successful businesses that will feed you in your old age.

Create conveniences that will engage you in your old age.

Build friendship and goodwill that will serve you in your old age.

Right now, start to be relevant in your mosque or Church and community so you could be reckoned with in your old age.

Old age could be very lonely and agonizing for men who did not plan for it.

May you not become a liability on your children in your old age
