True FATHERHOOD does not begin after IMPREGNATING a woman! TRUE FATHERHOOD begins DURING the pregnancy period and AFTER the child is born!

Jesus said in Matthew 23:9 (NLT)
[9] And don’t address anyone here on earth as ‘Father,’ for only God in heaven is your Father.

Reading that portion in context, Jesus simply meant, NOT EVERYONE IS WORTH BEING CALLED A FATHER BECAUSE SOME LACK THE ATTRIBUTES/CHARACTERISTICS OF FATHERHOOD!

FATHERHOOD first begins in the spirit before it is physical.

* Fatherhood is a SPIRIT and an OFFICE!
* Fatherhood is RESPONSIBILITY!
* Fatherhood is SACRIFICE!
* True FATHERHOOD is not THREATENED by the success of a son!
* Fatherhood is not ASHAMED of the FAILURES and WEAKNESSES of a son!
* FATHERHOOD is a COVERING! you're either COVERED from the good of life or evil of life!
* True FATHERHOOD shares in the pain of his sons!

It takes a second to be A FATHER but
a lifetime TO CULTIVATE FATHERHOOD. Many are fathers but can’t father what they fathered.
