Nairobi is the capital of the country Kenya. It hosts so many high end offices including the office of the top most C.E.O that is the president.
However, a research and study has shown a difference in business trend in prime street, road, highway and avenues like Tom Mboya, Moi avenue, Heille Sellasie, Luthuli Avenue, Sheik Karume and, also in River Road.
That, physical offices are becoming a rare case and being abandoned by business people and hawkers too; owing to adoption of technology by traders and business class alike. Many people are now trading online by advertising their good, merchandise and services online through platforms like social media handles including and not limited to face book, twitter, instagram, tik tok, jiji, pigia me and privately owned blog/ websites.
Many people nowadays are even having their store back at residential house and owned homes. They will only advertise their good and products online and hire a delivery firm, boda boda, ubba and taxis to do the deliveries. This has left CBD and it's environs at a catch 22 situation thus giving the offices for very little amount in rent rates or none.

ECONOMIC SABOTAGE.......... Kenya Will Not Bleed Again.
Sabotage: ........to damage or destroy equipment, weapons, or buildings in order to prevent the success of an enemy or competitor. It is also the act of intentionally trying to stop someone from achieving something or to stop something from developing.
Going by the recent happenings in our country with the enemy in the house "CONTENTIOUS FINANCE BILL"..... a lot that has happened can only be attributed to sabotage.
This has been done from every corner of those concerned right from the government "Legislature" through pushing the bill despite having complains and caution from different quarters. Through police and administration using excessive force in the demonstrators who were peaceful per se'. Through demonstrators who some of them turned away from the original plan of peaceful demos' to wanton destruction of property, vandalism and mocking the authority thus making it react may be brutally. Through the silent hidden organizers given that the process from either of the concerned was NOT SPONTENEOUS.
However, all said and done, i would like to say from a personal point of view that "KENYA SHOULD NOT BLEED AGAIN". The message to some extend got home.
In both animals and human kingdom together, in any fight or boxing competition, it happens that; if i give you a knock out and you fall down, it's good i leave you and watch you as you struggle to wake up or run away not unless you start off the fight again. It's natural even for animals and also human.
My point; given that the TOP CEO's gave an apology, withdrew the bill and asked for a second chance, it will be human for us to give a break and wait for them to recollect. WE ARE KENYANS AND KENYA IS OUR MOTHERLAND........ LET US GIVE DIALOGUE A CHANCE AND BE PATRIOTIC. WE WON THE WAR AND CAN ONLY BE GOOD TO LET THOSE WHO LOST BUSINESS RECOLLECT TO AVOID AN ECONOMIC INSTABILITY, DEATH AND SUFFERING.
