Like the pilot who has trouble connecting the moving vehicle with the stable ground, you need directions from the control tower.I believe that God is in the control tower to help you regain alignment so that you can assume some balance between the ideal you and the real you.He can assist you in finding a stable place to balance your turbocharged life.He can give you counsel as to how to fit into a world that you may have been disconnected to or been only mildly involved in.
This is why I believe that faith is so critical. Only God, who sits in the control tower,can show you how to realign what you did in the air with who you are at home,It is through his grace and direction that you will be positioned for a safe and satisfying landing.I am not speaking of dying here,just landing. Landing into the welcome arms of life that is defined by more than what fans or coworkers see. These are not colleagues who love you for what you do.These are people who value you for who you are .It is with them that you want to land.But you cannot land if you haven't any runway left to hold you as you come in for a landing.
