Hiring a SALES ADMINISTRATOR !!!!!!

Our client in a Pharmaceutical Industry are looking to hire a Sales Administrator .

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES ADMINISTRATOR

1. To head the sales team.
2. To follow up all sales orders in respect to time.
3. Recording of all route orders.
4. Reconciling daily sales invoices.
5. Analyzing sales targets.
6. To oversee time management in all departments involved in processing of orders.
7. Random calling our customers regarding their account status.
8. Visiting our customers to determine that their statements connect with our system.
9. Calculating and tabulating debt collection percentages.
10. Ordering and confirming of all office stationer.
11. Following up of tenders in the newspapers, media and in other avenues.
12. Filing and safe keeping all sales documents.
13. Business development or sales growth-to increase sales significantly.
14. And any other activities that relate with sales and/or existence of the company.

Qualifications:

1. Work experience – not less than 1yr in a busy sales environment.
2. Candidate should at least have a Diploma and/or Degree in Sales and Marketing.
3. Attained not less than a C (plain) in K.C.S.E.
4. Gender – male (only)
5. Age – not below 25yrs.
6. Marital status – either single or married.
7. Salary – but negotiable commensurate with experience.
8. A Diploma in Pharm Tech will be of an added advantage.
