• Run an effective and efficient marketing program, including the marketing calendar, contractors, and overall tasks related to the marketing strategy.
• Monitoring effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media advertising campaigns
• Analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
• Work closely with the Driver Recruiting and Sales Departments to create the advertising campaigns
• Manage the department budget and optimization
