I'd like to compliment EQUITY BANK(MERU BRANCH) for the excellent service provided to me yesterday. Generally Equity staffs helped me to sort out my account issues in a more than professional manner... It happened for me to stay there for more than 1hr, and so i had a good time to observe how other customers were being handled... Honestly speaking and according to me EQUITY BANK MERU BRANCH has the best staff's I have ever meet in dis' World....Why?... coz i witnessed several customers those were attended to, and handled in a professional manner despite their level of education that sometimes can course communication barrier and "somehow low level of understanding".. Equity bank staff's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations!!.
