On Sunday 24th July 2022, Kenyan social media was flooded with images of a deadly road accident involving a Mombasa bond bus. The 52-passenger Modern coast bus was ferrying passengers from Meru to Mombasa. The unfortunate accident occurred at the less-known of Nithi Bridge in Tharaka Nithi County.
