When trying to conceive a baby of a specific gender, there are many things you need to know

You must be able to accurately know your ovulation day. Not by calculating, but by meticulously tracking your cervical fluid orby using the ovulation predictor kits

You must be able to alkalize for a boy or acidify for a girl. You can use diet, supplements or douching

You must be able to balance the mineral ions in your diet, more potassium and sodium for a boy and more calcium and magnesium for a girl

You must be able to control weight gain for a boy or weight loss for a girl

Your hormone levels can influence whether you will conceive a boy or a girl.

HOW TO CULCULATE OVULATION DAY TO CONCEIVE A BOY

To chart, you need a calendar. On the calendar, mark the first day your period appears, this is your cycle day one [CD 1].

You Count the days from cycle day one to the day before the start of the next period.

The number of days in between is your cycle length [CL]. Do this for at least three months and you will know your cycle length and whether your cycles are regular or not.

To know the day you most likely ovulated; subtract 14 from the cycle length.

By subtracting 14 you are assuming your luteal phase is 14 days. Note that not all women have a 14 day luteal phase and you may be one of them.

For Example, if your cycle length is 24 days, you will most likely ovulate on cycle day 10 [24-14=10].

If your cycle length is 32 days, you will most likely ovulate on cycle day 18 [32-14=18]

After you learn how to calculate your most likely ovulation day, then, go back to the calendar and mark your ovulation day.

To get a boy, meet your husband on the ovulation day.

When trying to conceive a boy, the most important thing is to know your ovulation day.

There are several methods of predicting ovulation like

1. The Billings Ovulation Method. This method uses the cervical fluid to predict ovulation
2. Calculation method. This method depends on your cycle length.
3. Use of OPK [ovulation predictor kits.

Use of opk is the most reliable and accurate. When using the opk, you must be able to identify the start of surge as well as the peak.

OVULATION OCCURS 12-48 HOURS AFTER THE PEAK
