I mistakenly transfered 8k to a wrong phone number via MPESA. After thinking of away to stop the person from withdrawing the money, 😂I came up with an idea of sending a text message to the person's phone number saying:

Senior Counsel Otiende Amollo: "The common denominator to be used in the voter turnout as published in the Gazette, not the voter turnout as per the KIEMS kits, which ends up with a moving target. Not only is it true that the target is moving, but if you look at all permutations, none of the candidates achieves 50%+1. So even though they tried to take time to tamper with the voter turnout, they do not achieve that target."
